House Rules
- Check-in is at 4pm.
Check-out is at 11am. - If anything is found broken or not to your standard, please call us at (270) 350 3100 immediately so that we can address it.
- In the event of an emergency, call 911. Fire extinguishers are located under the kitchen sinks and a first aid kit is in the bathroom closets.
- Please respect our property, homes, and furnishings as you would your own. If anything is damaged during your stay, let us know so that we can repair or replace it.
- Please do not leave any exterior doors open. Let's keep nature outside.
- Please be mindful of food taken outdoors–don't litter and do not leave any meals for the animals.
- Please respect the wildlife in their natural habitat–do not chase, taunt, or feed the animals.
- Please respect the lake and swim at your own risk. Always be mindful of small children and of others who may not be able to swim.
- Please ensure that the fire pit is properly extinguished and do not leave it unattended while lit.
- Please ensure that propane tanks are closed when the gas grills are not in use.
- Please clean all gas grills after use.
- Only registered and confirmed guests are permitted on property. No visitors are allowed.
- No pets are allowed.
- Smoking, vaping, or the use of e-cigarettes are not allowed indoors or on any decks.
- Please park vehicles and trailers in allotted areas and refrain from parking on any grass.
- Please be respectful of our neighbors at all times and refrain from using amplified loud music or making excessive loud noise.

I love my job but I really enjoy escaping the busy schedules, social media, and city traffic. Lake Barkley Vacation Rentals let me escape it all and feel transported in time. My friends laughed and talked around a fire by the lake all night. It was probably the best therapy I've had in a long while.

What an amazing weekend! We stayed in the Lake House and it was beautifully curated with everything you would expect in a lakefront cabin.
